We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from www.getyourplug.com. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or is not functioning properly, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return it.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product

  • The product is defective or not working properly

  • The return request is made within 15 days of delivery

  • The item is in its original condition (unused, with all original packaging)

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

  • Photos or videos if the product is defective

We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

3. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. Based on the condition of the item, we will issue either:

  • A full refund if the item is in new or faulty condition

  • A partial refund if the item is used, damaged, or incomplete

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days after inspection.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after 15 days

  • Products without original packaging or in poor condition

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)
